John Corgan secured a unanimous verdict for the defense in an alleged negligent performance of episiotomy case in Supreme Court, Bronx County. Plaintiff alleged negligent repair resulting in episiotomy breakdown and need for multiple reparative surgeries, disfigurement, sexual dysfunction and painful intercourse. John Bonina, Jr. of Bonina & Bonina represented the plaintiff.
Nicholson Wins Defense Verdict (November 2013)
Richard Nicholson obtained a unanimous defense verdict in a case where plaintiff alleged negligent performance of open reduction internal fixation (ORIF) resulting in non-union of her ankle.
