Samantha Quinn obtains affirmance of dismissal in First Department

Congratulations to Samantha Quinn for a win in the First Department. The June 20, 2019 decision affirmed the holding of the Supreme Court dismissing this Bronx County wrongful death case where plaintiff’s opposition to our summary judgment motion relied upon a new theory not previously pled.
