This Rockland County venued matter involved the alleged failure to timely diagnose a meningioma brain tumor in a then 9-year-old male. Plaintiffs claimed that the defendants failed to appreciate the signs/symptoms of an evolving brain tumor and negligently referred the infant-plaintiff for an Electroencephalography study as opposed to an MRI following a seizure-like episode.
