Congratulations to Jack Corgan for a win this week in Supreme Court, New York County, wherein the Honorable Ellen Rakower found that a ureteral stent was a fixation device and not a “foreign object” resulting in dismissal of the case against our client physician.

John Corgan secured yet another defense verdict today in a case involving alleged ER negligence, which resulted in an infection, pain and suffering for the patient. The plaintiff was represented by Stuart Lang Esq.

John Corgan emerged victorious from the Westchester Country Courthouse today after successfully attaining a defense verdict in a case involving an alleged failure to promptly operate to decompress cervical spinal stenosis. The plaintiff was represented by Gregory W. Bagen Esq.

Jack Corgan notched another victory today in Queens Country, successfully attaining a defense verdict from a jury that only spent two hours in deliberation. The case dealt with an alleged failure to diagnose breast cancer in the plaintiff. The plaintiff was represented by Peter Assail Esq.

John Corgan secured a unanimous verdict for the defense in an alleged negligent performance of episiotomy case in Supreme Court, Bronx County. Plaintiff alleged negligent repair resulting in episiotomy breakdown and need for multiple reparative surgeries, disfigurement, sexual dysfunction and painful intercourse. John Bonina, Jr. of Bonina & Bonina represented the plaintiff.
