Jack Corgan notched another victory today in Queens Country, successfully attaining a defense verdict from a jury that only spent two hours in deliberation. The case dealt with an alleged failure to diagnose breast cancer in the plaintiff. The plaintiff was represented by Peter Assail Esq.

John Corgan secured a unanimous verdict for the defense in an alleged negligent performance of episiotomy case in Supreme Court, Bronx County. Plaintiff alleged negligent repair resulting in episiotomy breakdown and need for multiple reparative surgeries, disfigurement, sexual dysfunction and painful intercourse.
