Maureen Arciero received a unanimous defense verdict in a case where the plaintiff alleged a failure, on the part of the defendant, to properly evaluate a sixteen year old decedent, which led to a delayed cancer diagnosis and, ultimately, the death of the infant plaintiff. The trial took place in the Supreme Court of Rockland County. Plaintiff was represented by George Coffinas.
