Defending a pediatric practice alleged to have failed to diagnose a pelvic inflammatory disease (resulting in the development of a tuboovarian abcess and the need to remove an ovary in an 18-year-old), Maureen Arciero recently obtained a favorable result in the Supreme Court County of Rockland.
